Meditation
Meditation is the art of transforming Oneself into the state of
'Nothingness'.
It is a
state of mind and body where both - the mind and the body are in perfect
harmony, and one comes close to one's inner self, Nature and God.
This
process cleanses the mind and body of all toxins, improves
co-ordination between the conscious and sub-conscious mind,
increases physical stamina and general health, increases the
flow of positive energy and spiritual strength, improves the
power of concentration and memory, helps one to think more
clearly and positively, and creates a great sense of inner power
and well-being.
